Back by popular demand! Join us and Still Got It Fitness as we host a series of Balance and Mobility workshops! Learn and practice exercises that encourage balance and mobility growth. Please wear comfortable clothing and non-slip sneakers as you will be engaging in exercises and obstacle courses throughout the series.
