Art In Our Library
is pleased to welcome Nancy Rubin's
photography exhibit Reframing Aging
which challenges stereotypical ideas on aging and focuses on a diverse group of
people in their 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Her talk on Wednesday,
September 4th will update the lives of those in the exhibit, explore how
this project came about, and document, through slides, her own journey into
photography.
Reframing Aging
was created with the help of Cynthia Bix
who interviewed each person and edited the words that accompany each
image.
