My Death Waits There is a show of paintings made between 2019 and 2016, when a car ran him over and almost ended his ride. 

Steve will also provide a public lecture, Art and Ornament: A Brief History on Saturday, February 8th, 2020 at the Peninsula Center Library Purcell Room.

Artist Bio: Steve got a degree in Studio Art from Wesleyan University in 1981. He’s been making art ever since, with about 20 years of making a living for his family by doing murals and decorative painting in many houses, hotels, and restaurants around the world. You can see his public mural in Hermosa Beach (at Pier and Cypress St.) Much of his work has focused on the world around us, as seen through the eyes of classical ornament and artistry.
