The Living History Museum, Inc and its partner organizations are happy to announce the 3rd annual Scholarship Competition for high school students to further explore African American history and issues. The scholarship competitions are presented as a partnership between 

The Living History Museum, Inc.,

The Rolling Hills/Palos Verdes Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.,

Palos Verdes (CA) Chapter The Links, Incorporated,

and the Palos Verdes Library District


Participants in the speech contest will present their speeches at this event.


Winners will be announced after the Living History Museum of African American Heroes, Feb 26 2023. 4 PM. Speech and Essay entrants are encouraged to attend the Museum, but winners need not be present to win.
