Qi Gong with Gayla
Gayla from Torrance Memorial Medical Center will lead a 4 class Qi Gong in the Community Room at Peninsula Center Library. Similar to Tai Chi, this exercise is a low impact, mind-body practice which integrates healing movements with meditation. This practice can be done standing or sitting if necessary, depending on one’s personal fitness.
Registration required for EACH CLASS in the 4 week course.
